Post-Season Service

We offer a post-harvest inspection, as a detailed analysis of the technical condition of your machine immediately at the end of the harvest season. The benefits to this are:

Preventative Maintenance

In addition to one-off callouts, we can work with you to develop an ongoing service contract to ensure season after season, your machine is performing at its peak. The machine manufacturers recommend regular preventative maintenance to harvest successfully, regardless of operating and field conditions.

Remote Servicing – COMING SOON

In the field, every minute counts. If your machine suddenly comes to a stop, you don’t have to worry about tracking down the fault. As your service partner, we could already be on the case for you. Intelligently connected CLAAS machines are where we’re moving to, allowing us to be instantly informed if you’re experiencing a problem. We can then directly access the specific data and arrive in-field with the right parts, or assist by troubleshooting remotely.
